Cashiers are usually great. Sales associates never have any knowledge of their departments. Went in after confirming over the phone for a price match refund and i believe, Karin the supervisor on duty? Was completely rude about the situation to begin with. (Rude over the telephone also). She argued some more with us and just decided she was not going to give us the redund. Even though we were having trouble understanding some of the things she was explaining, that was her final answer. Working in a customer service or higher position i do believe a better attitude wouldve been great.
